The reason why Naira Marley switched up his sound can only be blamed on the Nigerian music industry and it’s fans. If you have followed Naira Marley or listened to his songs from back then, you will realize that the now street singer was also a good rapper.
During his case with the EFCC and trial in court, Naira Marley released “Why,” a song that was tipped to be one of his previously released tracks before fame and Marley gave some deep lines that got a lot of us into the track.
Today another song called “Back2Work” which seems to be a track from 2015 sees the “Soapy” crooner leasing a pure hip-hop beat like it’s nothing. Naira Marley on the other hand hasn’t confirmed if it’s an official song, but we’ll can confirm that it’s worth checking out.
